Site Manager (Roofing) Surbiton (Rate Negotiable) We are currently looking for a Site Manager for a live commercial roofing refurbishment project in Surbiton. Ideally they are looking for someone that has experience of commercial roofing. You will be working directly for the roofing contractor who are the principle contractor and be responsible for both the roofing and scaffolding subcontractors. Other responsibilities on site will include Health & Safety, checking RAMS and liaison with the client. Please note this is a live project so clear communication, professionalism and H&S is essential. You will report directly to a visiting Contracts Manager and must be computer literate as you will utilise their own intranet system for reporting etc. Additionally you will possess a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
