As demand for our solutions continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue across mid-market and enterprise customers.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and be responsible for closing complex, high-value opportunities. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, operations, and technology, positioning our platform as a strategic solution to their financial crime and regulatory challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts
* Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to negotiation and close
* Engage and influence senior decision-makers, including Heads of Compliance, Risk, Operations, and C-suite
* Deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations and proposals
* Navigate complex procurement, legal, and regulatory buying processes
* Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline and accurate forecasts
* Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to win and expand accounts
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
* Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
* Experience selling financial crime, risk, compliance, data, or AI-driven solutions
* Strong understanding of AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, screening, or related domains
* Confident consultative seller with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
* Experience with CRM and modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger)
