Employment Solicitor sought on behalf of an established law firm in Buckinghamshire.
The Role
You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor who can adeptly handle a complex caseload dealing with Employee and Employer matters.
Caseload will include:
• Employment matters relating to all manner of corporate transactions
• Restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes
• Unfair dismissal and contract negotiations and TUPE transfers
• Advising individuals on contentious or potentially contentious claims
Requirements:
• Experience in handling employment matters autonomously
• Extensive experience handling employment related corporate transactions
• Able to work in office and remotely
