Purpose
The post-holder will support in the development of and embedding an excellent and
robust culture of safeguarding standards and practice; providing groupwide oversight,
guidance and advice on matters relating to safeguarding.
Acting as a champion of the continuous improvement culture across Shaw Trust to
support identified areas of the business to meet and exceed expectations in line with
the Shaw Trust Strategic Directive 2030.
