Overview
Vacancies have arisen for bank Cooks at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary. These flexible posts will involve covering shifts on an as-and-when-required basis. Duties include the preparation and cooking of meals for both patients and visitors in accordance with NHS Scotland standards. The role also involves ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Responsibilities

* Cover shifts on an as-and-when-required basis.
Qualifications
* Relevant cooking qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare or large-scale catering setting is desirable.
