About the Role: Experienced Site Manager –BespokeNew Build Developments
We are seeking an experienced Site Managerto oversee the delivery of our bespoke new build residential projects from site start to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven professional to join a forward-thinking construction company with a strong pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and building regulations
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of finish
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience managingbespokenew build residential developments
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid qualifications
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership
