Head of People & Culture Business Partner
We are looking for a Head of People & Culture Business Partner (Head Office or Restaurant Support Centre) to join us at Team KFC. The Head of People & Culture Business Partner will play a key role in executing our People & Culture Strategy. You will partner with C‑suite leaders and functions at the Restaurant Support Centre to align strategies, goals, and priorities with our vision and values. You will advise and coach managers and employees across the employee life cycle, and you will drive people priorities by partnering with our Centre of Excellence teams in Talent Development, Reward, and Employee Engagement.
You are a people person who treats employees as individuals – not just resources. You want to deliver an exceptional employee experience and act as a coach to line managers.
This hybrid role is based at the RSC in Woking, with two days a week in the office.
