We are currently seeking a conscientious individual to join the team as a Trainee HR Officer. Working alongside the Associate Director of People and People Manager, you will provide guidance and support to managers on a number of HR issues including recruitment, performance management and attendance. Day to day, you will be responsible for all administrative aspects of HR, including the on boarding of new staff and maintaining accurate data and filing systems. We are looking for someone with a proven interest in HR and employment law, with excellent organisation skills, a confident and positive approach and the ability to work and stay calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish and build relationships across all our sites, whilst providing a professional HR service.
