The successful candidate will join a collaborative sales team of around people, working closely with the Specification Team in a modern open-plan office environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is fully office based at the Worcester headquarters.

DUTIES:
Following up enquiries with architects and construction professionals by phone
Promoting company products and services confidently to customers
Generating new business leads through outbound calls and prospecting
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
Coordinating meetings and ensuring relevant materials are prepared
Compiling sales data and supporting reporting for the specification team
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Preparing reports, presentations and documentation for the team
Screening and responding to emails and telephone enquiries
Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer information
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a sales or business development role is essential.
A background in the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and onboarding will be provided.
