The RoleYou will ensure that the kitchen and dining room runs smoothly and efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will ensure you and your team of chefs and catering assistants maintain high standards of cleanliness and monitoring due diligence. Management and leadership of a large team and high volume catering on a daily basis aswell as ensuring the dining area runs smoothlyThe role is working 5 days out of 7
42 hours per week The ideal applicantWe are looking for an experienced Catering Manager from a high-volume background, with experience of managing large teams and working within a busy environment.
