Sales Developer Role
Territory: Abingdon-on-Thames & surrounding areas (ideal location OX14)
Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £26,208 + Company Car & Fuel Card
Role Overview
This is an entry-level role where we help brands increase sales. We provide field-sales solutions for major brands across grocery, financial services, and technology sectors. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll support Unilever in executing their sales and marketing strategies. You'll be part of a friendly team, with opportunities to take ownership and showcase your ideas.
Responsibilities
* Increase brand distribution and visibility at retail locations within your territory.
* Manage merchandising and execute agreements on space and display.
* Use category-led selling to maximize returns from customers.
* Negotiate and build strong, progressive relationships with clients.
