Senior Sales Executive / Business Development - New Homes
Location: near North Yorkshire, Yorkshire
Salary: up to c. £40,000 OTE, based on c £34,000, plus benefits, pension, parking, and generous commission which varies with sales performance.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Utilize your experience in new home sales, preferably off-plan sales of apartments or houses.
* Inspire and motivate customers, conduct development tours, and manage sales through to completion.
* Lead by example and foster teamwork across multiple locations.
* Build strong customer relationships through empathy and friendliness.
* Manage prospects, track sales activities, identify growth opportunities, and report to the Head of Sales.

Experience & Requirements
* Experience in estate agency, new home sales, property development, or apartments sales, especially off-plan.
* Customer-facing sales experience, full UK driving license, and ability to deliver presentations.
* Proven track record in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, local property markets, and previous housing sales experience is advantageous.
This role may suit estate agents, sales advisors, sales managers, or business development managers in the property sector.
Salary plus bonus and benefits, c £30,000 - £45,000 OTE.
Location: Commutable from Ripley, Harrogate, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, and surrounding areas.
