How you will Energise Our Team
We're looking for a self-motivated competitive Sales Executive to join our vibrant, fun and energetic renewals team. This role is focused on retaining and growing existing customer relationships by managing contract renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
Successful candidates will be responsible for retaining existing customers with a high level of service and competitive terms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage and sell to both existing clients and prospective customers via outbound and inbound telephone activity
* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly renewal and new business sales targets
* Negotiate renewal pricing and contract terms in line with agreed commercial guidelines
* Accurately record and maintain customer and contract information within company systems to support seamless contract processing and billing
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
* Work closely with the renewals team, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to drive collective performance and success
The Spark we're Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales, renewals, or account management role, ideally within a phone-based environment
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently handle objections and close opportunities
* A customer-first approach, focused on delivering long-term value and maintaining strong client relationships
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving and exceeding performance goals
* A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team objectives and overall success
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally
