Are you ambitious, organised, and keen to build a career in recruitment? We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy specialist legal recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants in a fast‑paced, professional environment, where you’ll gain hands‑on training and long‑term career prospects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting Senior Consultants with candidate resourcing, shortlisting and CV preparation
* Managing job adverts and assisting with marketing campaigns
* Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
* Building relationships with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking
* Assisting with database management and general administration
* Taking on your own vacancies and client accounts
* Selling roles to candidates
