About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR services within a specialist SEND-focused Multi Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement innovative HR strategies, ensuring high-quality, dynamic HR services across our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and safer recruitment practices
* Advise senior leaders on employee relations casework
* Drive HR best practices to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
* Oversee HR systems, performance management, and operational processes
* Support the Trust People Strategy, enhancing workplace culture and staff wellbeing
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR management, ideally within an educational or specialist setting
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
