Relevant HR experience as an HR Manager/Generalist in a fast-paced, matrixed commercial organisation Experience of coaching leaders and managing complex change programmes. Strong understanding of UK employment law is essential in addition to a solution focused / customer centric mind-set Successful implementation and project management of operational and strategic HR programs and processes across a region Collaborative approach with an agile mindset and strong interpersonal skills Ability to analyse data to deliver insight, advanced Excel skills are preferred alongside excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to apply judgment to interact with all levels of the organisation, make sound recommendations and decisions Display high levels of integrity and accountability, and have a passion for creating an optimal employee experience Visa is an EEO Employer.
