EQUANS is recruiting for a Site Manager to be based in Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Services, SR5 3QY. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary offered is £23,368 per annum, along with a benefits package.
Shift Times:
8AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday
Role Responsibilities:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of services provided to Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Authority by Equans at their PFI Estate. They will ensure all tasks are completed timely, in accordance with schedules and standards.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in operational delivery of FM Services
* Supervision experience preferred
* Customer-facing experience
* Full clean driving license
* DBS (enhanced) check required
