Group HR Manager | Kent | 65-75k + package
Our client, a successful and acquisitive group business in Kent, are seeking to appoint a Group HR Manager in a newly created role offering the ability to really make an impact and add value. The Group HR Manager will oversee HR operations across multiple geographical locations. Responsible for managing and developing the people function; planning, developing, and administering policies and programmes. Possess the ability to address strategic people challenges as well as manage short term operational priorities, across the group.
Key Responsibilities of the Group HR Manager:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the group to ensure consistency.
3. Analyse HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and enhance employee engagement and retention.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
5. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, best practice and industry standards.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
