Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The Site Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, managing subcontractors, coordinating with suppliers, enforcing health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations. The Site Manager will also be responsible for solving construction challenges, maintaining records, and liaising with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Project oversight and management experience, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
* Proficiency in health and safety protocols, site management practices, and adherence to relevant regulations.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills to manage teams and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Technical aptitude, including familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail while ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
* Prior experience in residential property development, especially in small to medium-scale projects, is highly advantageous.
* Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in construction, project management, or related fields are considered a plus.
