Interim HR Manager

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity at our partnered FE College based in Birmingham for a motivated individual to join our HR Operations Team. This role is ideal for someone with previous HR experience who is committed to providing professional, high-quality, and timely customer service to various departments and faculties within the college.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Supervise the workload and performance of the HR Administration Team.
2. Support the HR Administration Team to ensure that day-to-day HR tasks are carried out in an organised and timely manner, monitoring work to meet deadlines.
3. Check recruitment information provided by managers at the job requisition stage for completeness and accuracy, and collate this information for review by the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT).
4. Assist with the administration of pre-employment checking, recording, and monitoring in accordance with the College’s recruitment and selection procedures and statutory obligations.
5. Facilitate and collate all necessary DBS information for enhanced DBS checks and ensure ongoing review of data.
6. Maintain the Single Central Register to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
