This role is based in York within the Commercial Insurance team at the Hiscox Customer Experience Centre. The team aims to provide an exceptional customer experience and support customers when they need us most.

What You Will Be Doing
* Selling business insurance to SME customers and understanding their needs through conversations.
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our commercial product line based on customer needs.
* Speaking to existing customers and resolving their queries via phone and email.
* Having individual targets balanced between sales, quality and customer satisfaction while managing your time.
* Becoming an expert in our technical products and IT systems.
* Participating in weekly team meetings and huddles to discuss problem solving and review performance.
* Working with other teams across the contact centre to deliver good outcomes for customers and Hiscox.
* Undergo training: 5 weeks to build product and system knowledge, followed by a further 4 weeks in an Academy to strengthen skills.

Salary: £25,000 with potential for an annual performance bonus.
This role is 35 hours per week, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
