We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our Corby office, Northamptonshire and gain hand's-on experience in a dynamic, global HR team and play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly. What you'll be doing: As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the go‑to person for all things HR admin. You’ll: Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Keep our employee records and HR systems (BambooHR) accurate, organised, and up to date. Manage the busy HR inbox, solving queries and supporting employees across the business. Support smooth onboarding for new starters. Maintain compliance documentation including right‑to‑work, visas and audits. Support employee relations cases with well-prepared documentation and notes. Help keep our trackers, spreadsheets and reports in top shape so HR can make great people decisions. Contribute to HR projects including diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and process improvement. Provide general administrative support across the HR function and business. What We’re Looking For: An HR apprenticeship or working towards CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent). Graduates who are interested in HR are also welcome to apply. Previous administration experience is desirable, whether gained in HR, office administration, recruitment, customer support, or a similar fast‑paced setting. High standards of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity. A real eye for detail and confidence working with data and Excel.
