We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer for our client based in Belfast (CastleCourt). The successful candidate will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed. Start date: ASAP Rate of pay: £12.97 Duration: 6 months with possible extension Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday No holidays can be accommodated in the first 8 weeks of employment due to the training for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Admin duties for appeals team include
• Printing bundles that include all information sent in to the dept.
• Redaction of details in line with GDPR
• Posting bundles
• Registering various cases on internal systems and issuing letters
• Scrutinizing documents received and updating systems where necessary
• Monitoring internal mailboxes
• Contacting customers where appropriate to gather most up to date information
• General ad-hoc duties where and when required
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
( Proof of certs required )
2. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proven ability to use own initiative.
