Our client is a highly successful US multinational that operates in its niche of life sciences in multiple countries across the world. As a result of continued growth, they are now seeking a Human Resources Manager for the UK.
Reporting into the HR Director EMEA, the role has accountability for supporting the UK leadership team in all areas of Human Resources and recruitment in the UK for approximately 100 staff.
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner, perhaps seeking their first opportunity as HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through effective human resources management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the development of effective workforce planning to ensure that management are aware of knowledge/skill gaps and that the company's talent management pipeline, HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with overall business strategy
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other performance issues, supporting management where appropriate
3. Manage the company's recruitment and selection process.
