Job Description
* Providing administrative support to the HR department
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
* Keeping up-to-date records of employees
* Maintaining HR databases and systems
* Assisting in the organisation of staff training and development programmes
* Handling HR-related documentation and correspondence
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
* An educational qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach
* Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
* Familiarity with labour laws
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
