The Role

As a People Team Administrator, you will provide efficient, accurate and proactive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a vital role in ensuring our people processes are seamless, compliant, and data-driven.

You will also act as a custodian of our HR systems, helping to maintain high-quality data and providing valuable insights that support better decision-making across the business.

What you will do:

Employee Lifecycle Administration

* Manage end-to-end administration for new starters, movers and leavers
* Produce contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
* Coordinate inductions and support a positive onboarding experience
* Track probation reviews and exit interview feedback, identifying trends
* Maintain accurate, compliant employee records

HR Systems & Data

* Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Produce regular reports on headcount, absence and turnover
* Support a more data-driven approach to people decisions
* Manage Time & Attendance system data (Zeus) and support reporting

Absence & ER Administration

* Track absence records and review processes
* Support with disciplinary and grievance administration
* Prepare documentation and support the ER Advisor with casework

People Team & Stakeholder Support

* Act as a first point of contact for HR queries
* Coordinate Occupational Health appointments and engagement activities
* Support projects, communications and wider People Team initiatives
* Help drive engagement and utilisation of wellbeing and reward tools

What you will need:

* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment (FMCG, logistics or similar advantageous)
* Familiarity with HR processes and systems
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset

Let us tell you some benefits you would receive at Wellocks:

* 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
* Generous employee discounts on all our products
* Fancy volunteering? We will give you one day off a year to take part in volunteering.
* Cycle to Work Scheme that offers discounted bikes and cycling equipment.
* Donate through your pay to a charity of your choice. The money is simply deducted through your pay before tax, so for every pound you donate, the 20p that usually goes to tax will go to the charity instead!
* Holiday Purchase Scheme
* We also have a range of employee assistance services which can be tailored to give you support on things such as finances, health and wellbeing.
