Leveraging your industry knowledge and recruiting expertise, you generate qualified applications for truck drivers and diesel mechanics through a variety of sourcing channels. As an integral member of our collaborative HR team, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of initiatives beyond recruiting.**You Will*** Execute effective sourcing techniques to find and attract top talent* Cultivate strong relationships with associations and training programs as a feeder to our candidate pool* Screen candidates to ensure candidate fit and DOT compliance* Utilize Tenstreet and Workday, our recruiting and hiring platforms, to manage the talent pool & facilitate the hiring process* Collaborate with the team to evaluate and improve recruiting procedures, including Tenstreet configuration**You Have*** A minimum of two (2) years of successful experience recruiting* A solid track record of screening and qualifying candidates for driver positions* Previous experience using Tenstreet to recruit, hire & manage truck driver records* Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance practices* The attributes for success, which include operating with a high sense of urgency, a collaborative work style, continuous improvement mindset & tenacity to achieve goals
