Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from telemarketing to sales closure.
Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
Strong sales skills with a proven track record in telemarketing or similar roles.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing customer information and follow-ups.
