Interim HR Manager – part time - 3 days per week (2 days in London)
Via umbrella company - £280-350 per day
HRLife are currently looking for an experienced interim HR Manager who is available for a 2–3 month contract starting early October. This role will be part-time, 3 days a week with 2 days spent in their office in London.
Our client is a small but growing engineering business, passionate about sustainability and environmental protection. They’re a collaborative business with a start-up culture. They’re now looking for someone who enjoys the day-to-day operational aspects of HR, who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Someone who knows what good HR processes look like. Whilst they have a lot in place there will still be processes that need streamlining or templates and policies that require a re-write. They’re seeking someone who enjoys getting into the detail and ensuring the nuts and bolts of HR are in place and sound.
Other aspects of the role will include managing and resolving ad-hoc ER issues, coaching and supporting line managers, enhancing the use of their HRIS and ensuring it can provide meaningful data reports to the business leaders.
This will be ideal for someone who has previous experience working in a small, vibrant business and enjoys a broad generalist role. You’ll have some previous experience working as an interim and be used to coming in and hitting the ground running. Strong communication skills are a must, as is a passion for delivering excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
