Heating and Renewables Sales Executive
Location: Leeds Office
Job Responsibilities
As a Heating and Renewables Technical Sales Executive at BOXT, you will be a key driver in building customer relationships, generating sales, and contributing to the company’s success.
* Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
* Engaging with customers through calls, emails, and live chat, providing tailored solutions in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Confidently presenting and selling all BOXT product offerings, including Boilers, Solar, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and EV solutions.
* Effectively communicating the value of our products and services to close sales and secure long‑term contracts.
* Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth integration of feedback.
* Keeping accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
* Staying informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to ensure BOXT maintains a competitive edge.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of success.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
* Strong self‑motivation and a goal‑oriented mindset, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
* The ability to adapt sales tactics based on customer feedback and changing market demands.
* IT literate, with proficiency in mainstream systems (Excel, Email, Word).
* Highly organised, with a systematic approach to managing workloads and a keen attention to detail.
* Active listening skills and a sound knowledge of general office systems, including digital filing.
Desirable
* Experience with industry‑specific sales practices and familiarity with the technology sector.
Success Criteria
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong reputation for BOXT.
* Actively contribute to team objectives and maintain accurate CRM records for smooth cross‑departmental collaboration.
