The Opportunity
A fast-paced and varied role for an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering rapid pub, bar and restaurant refurbishments across the UK. You’ll take full responsibility for site delivery on quick-turnaround projects, ensuring exceptional quality, tight programme control and smooth handovers.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Leading fast-track refurbishment projects from strip-out to handover.
* Managing subcontractors, trades and on-site labour.
* Ensuring strict programme timelines are met (often 1–3 weeks per project).
* Overseeing all H&S, RAMS, site inductions and compliance checks.
* Coordinating materials, deliveries and on-site logistics.
* Maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
* Reporting progress to the Contracts Manager and senior team.
* Nationwide travel with overnight stays as required.
About You
* Experience delivering fast-track refurbishments (pubs, restaurants, retail or hospitality).
* Strong organisational ability and confidence running sites independently.
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Positive, proactive and solutions-focused.
* Flexibility to travel UK-wide and stay away during projects.
