Key Responsibilities for the Senior Frontend Developer:
* Work in an agile environment as part of an experienced frontend team.
* Work through the full development life cycle.
* Work on a key program of work starting in Q2 2026 to build a brand new electronic trading platform.
* Build and adapt JavaScript libraries for high-performance browser usage.
* Develop and maintain front-end applications used by front-office users.
* Design and develop UIs for the their core platform and new platform.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business and report directly to the CTO.
* Suggest and implement new ideas into the code base.
Requirements for the Senior Frontend Developer
* A degree in a STEM-related subject.
* Proficiency in JavaScript
* ReactJS
* TypeScript.
* GraphQL
* Kafka
* At least 5 years of commercial frontend development experience within an electronic trading environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
* An eye for design is a plus.
