Guide is £220k OTE uncapped including £110k guaranteed base. Remote based anywhere in the UK with frequent travel to meetings and events.
This is a pivotal role for a senior sales professional who understands the nuances of retail store operations. The solution suite has three core elements
* Workforce management (including labour modelling, forecasting, budgetting, scheduling and Time and Attendance)
* Store Execution (including Task Management and Employee Communication)
* Fresh Operations, including Demand driven production planning, waste control, inventory replenishment for fresh sections, and food safety and compliance).
