Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup where you’ll have real ownership, help shape our sales engine, and grow alongside the business. What You’ll Be Doing
* Engaging leads to qualify opportunities, progress pitches and ultimately close deals
* Presenting our products and solutions to prospective clients (you’ll be well coached on this!)
* Managing a pipeline of opportunities using Hubspot
* Working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates
* Learning fast, taking feedback on board, and continually improving your sales skills
* Chasing targets and smashing goals
* Contributing to our Sales strategy - sharing insights from the market (customer feedback, objections, competitor activity) to constantly inform and improve our playbook
What We’re Looking For
* A self-starter with relentless drive
* Strong communicator - confident speaking to people on calls, emails and in meetings
* Resilient, coachable and motivated to learn fast in a startup environment
* Organised and proactive - comfortable managing a busy pipeline via CRM
* Minimum of 18 months’ experience in B2B sales ideally in a fast-paced or high growth environment
* Commercially curious - can create propositions that add and retain customer value
* Team player who collaborates well with marketing, product and customer success
