Description Deliver a high-quality HR service, supporting both BAU and project activities. Manage HR administration and maintain accurate system input. Support recruitment processes, including offers, contracts, and terms & conditions. Provide strong Employee Relations (ER) support, including restructures and redundancies. Ensure compliance and accuracy across HR systems and processes.Profile Experience with iTrent or a strong HR systems background. Solid ER experience, including handling complex cases. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships. Job Offer 4 days on site in Malvern.
