People Advisory Manager (HR Manager)

Role Overview
As a manager within our People Advisory team, you will:
* Manage relationships: Build trust with stakeholders and offer proactive solutions.
* Lead impactful initiatives: Drive engagement and elevate People Manager skills.
* Champion and oversee: Implement initiatives related to talent management, performance reviews, policies, and employee relations.
* Innovate and stay ahead: Keep up with market trends and introduce new ideas to enhance our people strategies.
* Manage and inspire: Lead people management responsibilities and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Candidate Profile
Joining as a Manager, you should have:
* Experience working with large, fast-paced organizations across different locations or sectors.
* Experience managing or coaching teams, fostering a thriving environment.
* Experience delivering people-related activities like talent or salary reviews.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing key relationships.
* Evidence of bringing innovative ideas to improve the people experience.
* Strong employment law knowledge and ER case management skills.
* Strong project management experience, including delivering large people projects.
Experience in professional services is a plus but not essential; we will support your development.
