Job Description
Generalist HR Management:Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.People Planning and Strategy:Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on organisational development, talent retention, and succession planning.Payroll Administration:Oversee payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, compliance with local labour laws and regulations, and coordination with external payroll providers or internal finance teams.Senior Management Collaboration:Partner with senior leadership to design and deliver leadership development programs, training initiatives, and performance improvement strategies that support growth and culture.Compliance & Policy Development:Ensure compliance with European and local employment legislation. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures reflecting best practices and regulatory requirements.HR Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular HR metrics and reporting to senior management, analyzing trends and proposing solutions to workforce challenges.Employee Wellbeing & Engagement:Champion initiatives that promote a positive work environment, diversity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Manager should have:
3. Proven experience in an HR generalist role, ideally within a matrix business environment.
4. Demonstrable experience managing HR independently or in a stand-alone capacity.
5. Strong knowledge of European labor laws and HR best practice
6. Experience with payroll management or working closely with payroll teams.
7. Skilled in people planning, talent development, and change management.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trusted relationships with senior management and employees at all levels.
9. HR qualification (CIPD 5 +)
