Job Title: HR Manager/Lead Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (hybrid on offer) Start Date: ASAP Rate: Dependant on experience Length: 12 months (Maternity Cover) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Project Lead to join our client’s HR Operations and Employee Relations team. This is a fixed-term role (12 months) to cover maternity leave, based in Basingstoke with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will lead a variety of HR projects focused on process improvement, service optimization, and change management, while also supporting data analytics and policy development. Responsibilities Lead and deliver HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency Drive automation initiatives and leverage technology to streamline HR services Manage data reporting, dashboards, and analytics, including headcount planning Update HR policies and develop training and communication materials Conduct workplace investigations in line with best practices Skills & Experience Proven experience in HR project delivery and process improvement Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes Experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred Interested?
