If you’ve got the gift of the gab combined with the ability to attract shoppers over to your stand, then we need you on our team!

You’ll use your natural relationship building to sell to members of the public at a sales stand, building the brsk brand to drive uptake of our broadband services in the area.

Attracting passing customers to sign up to our 5‑star rated broadband, you will earn a base salary package of up to £27,360 (including a travel and tech allowance) and uncapped commission potential (OTE £44,000 – £50,000+). You will be someone who is motivated, ambitious, customer‑ and target‑driven, and who enjoys chatting and helping people, interacting with the public and building immediate face‑to‑face rapport.

This is a venue‑based role, based mostly indoors at pre‑booked, pre‑paid sites at a vast array of shows, events, supermarkets and smaller stores, town centres, shopping malls and even rail stations.

The working week may vary according to the venues you work and you should aim to be there when footfall is at its maximum. This means that brsk will structure your week using data analysis of highest footfall per site to set you up for the best success rate. This may mean that you will be required to be flexible Monday to Sunday as weekends are known for high footfall.

Job Purpose:

* As a Venue Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling a range of state‑of‑the‑art new broadband and telecoms products to prospects in pre‑booked, pre‑paid high‑footfall sites in your area.
* Based in our Bradford, Halifax and potentially Barnsley region on a day‑to‑day basis.
* Able to consistently achieve set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets.
* Carry and exceed your own sales targets via face‑to‑face sales.
* Maintain sales pipeline and update customer records in the database.

Key Requirements:

* Venue sales, events sales, direct sales or face‑to‑face sales experience.
* Demonstrate self‑confidence, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to persuade.
* Enthusiasm, drive to succeed, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow.
* Excellent awareness of the area.
* Excellent time management and punctuality.
* Driving licence and own vehicle.
