BAND: 6 JOB PURPOSE: To assist the Neighbourhood Planning Manager in ensuring that a Neighbourhood Planning Service is in place to ensure Regional Investment Planners and Area Managers have the necessary infrastructure in place to undertake stock appraisals. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Bachelor Degree or equivalent equivalent Level 6* qualification in a relevant discipline PLUS 2 years relevant experience OR ii)Candidates must have an HND or equivalent Level 5* qualification in a relevant discipline PLUS 3 years relevant experience. OR iii)Candidates who do not possess the qualifications above but can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/ experiential learning PLUS a minimum of 4 years in a relevant area of work may also be considered.
