Remuneration: £30,000 - £33,000 (Bonus based on KPI)
Schedule: 0800–1800 Monday – Friday

The role of the Customer Service Manager – Fastenings will involve:
* Customer Service Manager position dealing with a range of fastenings, fixings, hand tools, site equipment and PPE.
* Respond to inbound queries with technical knowledge and advice
* Receive and respond to complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Manage orders and provide relevant communication to customers
* Assess and manage any service escalations as required
* Liase with other teams and location across the company
* Looking after order values ranging between £5-£4,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Customer Service Manager – Fastenings with:
* Must have experience 2+ years within B2C customer service role
* Ideally have experience worked in related construction background such as fastenings, fixings, hand tools, site equipment and PPE.
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Have a willingness to learn the technicalities of different products.
