Overview
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Workshop Labourer to join our team and take over from a valued employee who is retiring after many years of dedicated service.
This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and being part of a friendly and supportive environment. You'll be given full training by the person currently in the role, ensuring a smooth handover and a great opportunity to learn the ropes from someone with real experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with general workshop duties
* Packing and preparing pallets for dispatch
* Manual handling and movement of materials
* Keeping the workspace clean and organised
* Supporting other team members as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Good work ethic and a positive attitude
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* Previous workshop or warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential
Full Training Provided:
You'll be trained directly by the current workshop labourer before their retirement, giving you valuable hands-on experience and guidance
