Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.
Our Sales Executives are at the heart of delivering first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during the car buying journey, ensuring service is right first time and every time.
About The Role
Sytner MINI Solihull have an exciting opportunity for an individual from a customer service or sales background within the automotive sector.
As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them on their journey to buying a new car.
Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends to provide the highest levels of service.
On top of salary, the OTE is very achievable (£45,000); you will also receive a company car and benefits including subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.
About You
We require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role. You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit. You may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
