The Role
Join our sales team as a Sales Executive to help us drive our UK & Ireland market! As an integral team member, you will report to the Sales Manager and work alongside motivated individuals passionate about transforming business travel management.
We seek someone fearless in prospecting, engaging with new customers, and growing our client base. You should be hungry, perseverant, and focused, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Collaboration and teamwork are also highly valued, as is a positive attitude towards our inclusive culture. If you’re excited about selling a disruptive product that’s changing the game, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
1. Prospect and manage outbound and inbound leads for the UK & Ireland market;
2. Present demos to potential clients and manage the full sales cycle until closing;
3. Understand customer needs and articulate TravelPerk’s value accordingly;
4. Engage in high-level discussions with stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs;
5. Maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce;
6. Collaborate with Marketing to increase awareness and improve lead qualification;
7. Become an expert in TravelPerk’s features and offerings.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
2. Experience with the UK and Irish markets;
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
4. Proven sales experience with a track record of pipeline development and closing deals;
5. Experience engaging with C-suite executives;
6. Understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle;
7. Hungry, ambitious, ethical, and sound in judgment;
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
9. Customer-centric mindset;
10. Legal authorization to work in the UK.
