Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of People at KT Healthcare based in our Chichester office. The role involves overseeing Human Resources (HR) functions, managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and handling employee relations. The Head of People will play a key role in supporting the organisation's mission and values through effective people management.
Key requirements:
1. Overseeing the recruitment of Autism Assessors and internal hires.
2. Conducting pension reviews and liasing with providers.
3. Leading the onboarding of HR software packages.
