Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager, to work in the London office of a leading Global law firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of the HR function in London and supporting with the full lifecycle of HR support.
The role will entail working closely with internal stakeholders, providing a high level of service to key client groups, ensuring process improvements are implemented, working on key projects, supporting career development and aligning HR strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Working closely with the Director of HR and key stakeholders to ascertain the people needs of the business and deliver the goals.
2. Leading the delivery of an excellent HR service across the full remit of generalist tasks.
3. Supporting the HR team with the management of all ER issues.
4. Having oversight of changes to HR policies and procedures and implementing where necessary.
5. Providing operational support, guidance and coaching to client groups on all HR issues.
6. Ensuring people data is recorded accurately through regular auditing.
7. Identifying training and development needs and working with the appropriate colleagues.
8. Working with the wider HR team to embed key projects.
