About The Role
* Proactively self‑generate leads and build a healthy pipeline
* Run discovery calls that get to the heart of client needs
* Present tailored People + AI solutions with confidence
* Build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals
* Use CRM and digital tools to track, optimise, and deliver results
* Represent Moneypenny at events and in the wider marketplace
About You
* A proven track record in B2B new business sales
* Strong solution selling experience (CX / SaaS / services ideal)
* Confidence in presenting and influencing at senior levels
* Tech‑smart mindset and strong organisational skills
* A proactive approach to networking, prospecting, and social selling
