Job Title: Night Site Manager

Duration: 14 Weeks
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee works on a food retail project in Suffolk. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-focused individual with strong experience in fast-paced retail environments, particularly in snagging and project completion phases.
Working Hours:
* Sunday: 4:00pm start
* Thursday to Saturday: 9:00pm 6:00am
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all night-time site operations
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
* Lead snagging activities to ensure high-quality project completion
* Monitor progress against programme and report updates
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards
* Maintain clear communication with day teams and project stakeholders
* Conduct site inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on food retail projects
* Strong snagging and finishing experience
* Valid CSCS Card
* SMSTS certification
* First Aid qualification
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage night operations effectively
