This position is responsible for developing the Salarylease product and proposition including associated implementation and in-life operational processes. This role focuses on product and business development, including, advancing the product to a market-leading position, creating and implementing processes for implementation and in-life management, identifying partnerships particularly through high-volume SME channels.
Drive product delivery and growth through ensuring the successful launch and expansion of a market-leading traditional salary sacrifice product, complimenting SG Fleet's Novalease offering.
Build and execute strategies to penetrate the SME segment (50 - 1,000 employees), generating inbound enquiries through benefit providers and high-volume industries such as accounting and banking. Ensure the product is delivered as an 'off-the-shelf' solution, primarily through digital channels.
Support business acquisition through converting introduced leads into new schemes, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base.
Self-motivated, demonstrating resilience, compliance, and a strong work ethic in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Attention to detail, ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Previous experience of product development, including taking a new product to market.
Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing (desirable)
