The London Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing retail sales for key flagship retailers in London, namely Selfridges Oxford Street.
This role is 100% London store based, predominantly Selfridges.
Key responsibilities
* Drive and build sales performance in key flagship stores to achieve targets and market leading results.
* Own Selfridges London targets and set monthly business plans to manage future risks and opportunities.
* Create a welcoming, fun environment for Slip customers. You will be committed to delivering an incredible customer experience.
* Recruit new customers through sales initiatives and pop-up sites to strengthen our existing clientele.
* Responsible for booking and managing temporary staff during key commercial moments, i.e., pop-up sites.
* Monthly rota scheduling in line with the needs of the business.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the National Sales and Education Manager.
* Monitor stock levels through regular counts and ensure a tidy back of house. Report stock issues to the Senior National Account Manager promptly.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, operational teams, and managers.
* Maintain store display and organization. Facilitate in-store visual merchandising updates aligned with new product launches.
* Support education and pop-up events.
The successful candidate must:
* Have proven experience in a customer-facing retail role, ideally in Beauty, Fragrance, or Fashion.
* Possess basic math skills for reporting and inventory management.
* Be flexible in working hours to align with the store's sales rhythm.
* Have a good understanding of business KPIs.
* Reside in or within commuting distance to Central London.
